The WALTHER-PRÄZISON hydrogen refueling system of the HG series has been developed for high pressure refueling of motor vehicles with gaseous hydrogen up to an operating pressure of 875 bar (700 bar NWP). The design is optimised to achieve a high flow rate and a short refueling time of approx. three minutes with the lowest possible pressure drop. The useage of the WALTHER-PRÄZISION parking station with integrated flushing feature ensures a high refueling sequence and thus prevents disruptive defrosting waiting times. The insulated design of the refueling coupling and the use of parking stations with an integrated flushing function ensure a high refueling sequence and prevent disruptive icing. The linear design also reduces the number of individual parts in the media flow and thus ensures an exceptionally long operating time without leaks.
The H2 refueling system is suitable for ULTRA COLD FILL at -40 °C, desigend and tested in accordance with SAE J2600 resp. ISO 17268.
