Centrifugal pumps of the HPK series are widely used in extreme wear applications and have a proven track record of exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, particularly acids and chlorides. A key feature of these pumps is the elastic lining of all wet parts with materials such as polyurethane and rubber, which significantly slow down the abrasion process and provide a protective barrier. These durable and long-lasting materials enhance the pump’s internal resistance to stress and corrosion caused by chloride-bearing fluids, significantly reducing wear issues.
Another lining option for the HPK series is our specialized CeramCarbide® coating. This advanced material offers a substantial improvement over standard metallic casings by providing superior resistance to high concentrations of acids. Additionally, it can handle solid particles up to a maximum size of 5–10 mm.
For added convenience, the pump casing design of the HPK series has been optimized to facilitate the easy replacement of all wear parts, ensuring simplified and efficient maintenance.
