Our Modular LabelingCell MEZ consists of an elegant, modern housing with a powder-coated steel frame and panes of Makrolon and includes an overhead robot, a suction module for the labels, pull-out drawers with space for a total of eight printers and label dispensers, removal devices for the labels, the light conveyor technology for the product infeed / outfeed (height 800 mm, with drive rollers), clamping devices for the products and of course the entire control technology including the control terminal.
We use an RS 007L from the manufacturer Kawasaki as the robot for labeling. On request, we can also deliver the cell with two robots to increase the cycle rate or with a robot from an other manufacturer. Thanks to its extremely compact design, the MEZ is also ideal for confined spaces or for integration into existing packaging lines. Protective sliding doors made of Makrolon allow both direct insight and quick access to the labeling cell.
