The type GML is a sealless magnetic coupled internal gear pump with Tuthill Global Gear® technology. This type is also available as block design GMB.

They are used wherever leakages are not permitted, i.e. when pumping toxic, explosive and generally environmentally harmful fluids.
Applications areas are for example pumping polymers, chemical processing, bulk transfer, asphalt, adhesives and resins.

The pump is equipped with a permanent magnet coupling, and the containment shell hermetically seals the conveying medium to the outside.
Heat generated by eddy current losses is dissipated through an internal circulation flow. The pump shaft is supported by SiC sleeve bearings,
while the drive shaft is placed in permantently lubricated antifriction bearings. The nozzles can be positioned either angled or opposite each other.
