The FLUXUS G601 CA Energy is the ideal measuring system for checking entire compressed air networks, for compressed air balancing within plants and production environments or for individual measurement on almost any compressed air line. It is the system of choice for quantifying and locating leakage points.
The measuring system measures with the highest accuracy on pipes with internal diameters between DN50 and DN300 and from a pressure of 5 bar upwards (for plastic pipes already from 1 bar) on the basis of FLEXIM’s proven transit time difference method. The ultrasonic Lamb and Heavy Wave sensors are simply placed on the pipe from the outside, so no pipe work or process interruptions are required for installation – a particular benefit for systems where pipes cannot be easily vented.
This also means that the flow meter itself can never be a source of leakage – a problem often encountered by conventional flow meters for compressed air applications.
The FLUXUS G601 CA Energy is highly mobile and flexible and can be used almost anywhere. Spot, stationary measurements are thus a thing of the past!
