Products from the GEOS series are the ideal choice when it comes to reliably protecting sensitive electronic and electromechanical components. Even under difficult conditions, the housings permanently withstand the effects of weather, temperature or chemicals and the effects of force. The robust empty housings and control cabinets can be customized in many ways and are therefore suitable for a wide variety of applications in industry and outdoors. The variety of customization options is now also reflected in the configurator, which Spelsberg has functionally expanded.
In the online tool, the configuration of GEOS housings is intuitive thanks to the three-dimensional visualization of the product. The user is guided through the planning process step by step. The empty housing or control cabinet type must first be selected. Accessories can then be added. Customers also have the option of placing targeted holes and cutouts on the housing. Cable entries using double diaphragm seals or cable glands and ventilation elements can also be flexibly configured since the revision. Also newly introduced is a function with which doors and intermediate frames can be shown and hidden separately for a better overview. An indicated grid and position information facilitate alignment in the tool.
Spelsberg has provided the appropriate technical interfaces so that it can also be used in wholesale online shops. Here, too, customers receive a product manufactured according to their wishes, which offers protection for sensitive, electronic and electromechanical components – both indoors and outdoors.
