Vesta Terminals is the proud winner of the Ultimo Award 2022! Hundreds of participants cast their votes during the Ultimo Conference on Thursday, 17 November, making Vesta Terminals the narrow winner.

The other nominees were the Martini Hospital Groningen and Migros Zurich. In addition to the cup, Vesta won a gift certificate worth €2,500, to be spent on a teambuilding activity of their choosing: The Power of Teamwork!

Continuous improvements, guarantee safety and control costs
Vesta implemented the Ultimo software to enable continuous improvements, guarantee safety and control costs. With their high level of involvement, clear vision and smart automations, Vesta Terminals managed to professionalise the processes for maintenance, inspections, work permits, Lockout Tagout, incident management and Management of Change. Vesta Terminals received the Ultimo Award from Matthijs Büchli. Matthijs is a very accomplished Dutch track cyclist specialising in sprints and the keirin. He is a multiple world champion and was part of the team that won the Olympic gold medal in men’s team sprint. Büchli is part of the BEAT Cycling Club, a cycling team IFS has started supporting this year to help them grow to ProTeam level.
