15 NOVEMBER 2023 | FRANKFURT. Axians in Germany today announced the rebranding of the German companies S&T Deutschland and hamcos IT Service. This was preceded by the successful acquisition of a significant part of the IT service business of Kontron AG (formerly S&T AG) by VINCI Energies, which was completed on December 29, 2022. As part of the integration, S&T in Poland, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, North Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro was renamed Axians, the ICT brand of VINCI Energies, on September 18 of this year. Today, on November 15, the rebranding of the German companies will also take place as planned: S&T Deutschland GmbH (including the XTRO, Axino Solutions and S&T Digitalagentur divisions) will be renamed Axians IT Business Solutions GmbH, while hamcos IT Service GmbH will operate as Axians hamcos GmbH. With immediate effect, both companies will operate under the uniform Axians corporate identity and are organizationally integrated into the IT & Managed Services division.
