With the PeakStore5, vibration measurements can be carried out very easily. The sensors are attached to the machine with magnets and the PeakStore5 is started. The whole thing takes a few minutes. If necessary, you can view the measurement data directly. You can also save additional information such as photos and measurement protocols. Then you pack the sensors back up, record the measurement and you’re done.

Data acquisition is carried out with up to 12 vibration channels and up to two speed channels. With many drives it is no longer necessary to implement sensors so that all required measuring positions are operated. In addition, the PeakStore5 can be controlled remotely via an app on a smartphone, so that no personnel need to be directly at the machine during the measurement.

The measured data can be analyzed directly on site at PeakStore5 or the data can be sent to another location. Diagnosis is preferably carried out using order analysis. This means that speed ripples have no influence and the measurement results are absolutely reliable.
